Sparkling Rose Brut Organic
Intense rose colour, with a scent of violet, rosehip and some pepper. The wine shows crisp, bright scents of berries with deep layered mineral and spicy notes.
Perfect by its self as an aperitif, this rose is enhanced when accompanied by pasta, pizza and light second courses, such as white meats, raw fish, sushi, grilled fish and the traditional brodetto of the Le Marche region.

Fermentation: static decantation of the musts for a day, tapping of the clear must and inoculation with selected yeasts for fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks.
Sparkling: 3 months in autoclave of 30 hl.
Dosage: 6 grams per liter.
Hand harvested with grapes selection starting between end of August and beginning of September
