Skin macerated white wine
Rich gold colour. The nose is complex and faceted, with scents of citrus peel, camphor, mimosa and medlar. The palate is balanced and harmonious. Remarkable volume and roundness expressed by softness, opposite to the classic hardness of the variety in this Terroir. Note a subtle presence of tannins.
Gently accompanies the gratin mussels, carpaccio of marinated fish, fish soup stockfish. Excellent with potacchio chicken and porchetta rabbit.
