Characteristics

Not all white grapes are suitable for this type of winemaking. But Verdicchio, thanks to its great structure and complexity, manages to express itself at its best by offering unexpected aromas and tactile sensations. Around 1500 bottles produced for a unique wine.


Winemaking

The wine ferments directly in Tava clay amphoras in contact with most of the skins. It stays macerating in the same amphoras until the next harvest. Light filtration to keep the characteristics of this elegant version of macerated wine intact.
