Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 2015
Filotto is a playing on words. First of all it reminds the origin of their friendship, in fact they worked for a long time for the same company producing principally a thread, in Italian “filo”. Filotto is also a word to call a line of grapevine, their common passion. Basically this name was chosen to connect the past, the present and the future of their life project.
Pale yellow tinges, intense mediterranean floral notes, such as broom and chamomile, and mature yellow fruits. The taste is strongly mineral with a combination of fruity flavours.
The intensity of Filotto combines very well with grilled or oven baked fish, soups and broths; but not only, as its balanced body pairs well with stronger dishes such as white or red meats.

The great structure and its fineness make this Verdicchio Superiore a tenacious and, at the same time, elegant wine.
