Lacrima di Morro d'Alba 2015
Soara comes from Sighisoara, in Romania: this is the town where, some years ago, they moved with the company during the economic crisis. Thanks to this choice, their business reborn again in another place, improving their production with a great success. A message of hope and perseverance closed in their bottles of Lacrima Superiore.
The colour is ruby red tending to purplish, the scent carries intense notes of violets, roses, red fruits and jam. The palate is wrapped by mature berries and spicy notes that underline the character of this wine.
Excellent with a sizable traditional meal, beginning with cold cuts and aged cheeses appetizers followed by Le Marche’s typical vincisgrassi (a sort of very rich lasagna), giblets sauces, and main courses of red meats, roasts, grilled meats or game.
Why choose it?
It has the real “Lacrima” taste, with good structure, elegant, refined tannins. The finale is intense and a pleasant fruity flavor persists in the mouth
