Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Sparkling Brut Organic
Pale straw yellow color, with green tides. The nose has aromas of delicate white flowers such as magnolia, cedar, lime, and fresh fruit. On the palate it has a fine carbon, excellent minerality and correct acidity. Cream on the palate comes with aromas of golden apple, renetta and a subtle almond.
Perfect by its self as an aperitif, is also fine with any fish dish, even raw, but also risotto or cold cuts.
