UNDERGROUND CELLAR
The large vault of the building follows, without disturbing it, the sinuous movement of the surrounding hills. Respecting the terroir and building a sustainable company also means limiting the visual impact of our activities, combining it harmoniously with the landscape that the Marche farmers have shaped over the centuries.
The cellar is distributed over two floors. In the upper part of the underground “half barrel” we have the reception and the tasting room suspended over the “barricaia”. Below is where the wine rests in French oak barrels and tonneaux, in clay amphoras and in concrete eggs. It is the space of patient waiting and experimentation.
Leaving the ageing room, you enter the vinification area: a modern and efficient space, at a constant temperature thanks to the coverage of the hill itself, which allows us to use the best technologies, process the bunches when freshly harvested and always maintain maximum cleanliness to avoid contaminations.
SHARING
The cellar is a place of work and production, but also a space for meeting and sharing our experience and our dedication to the study and enhancement of the terroir through wine.
The terrace outside the cellar is surrounded by the organic vineyard and olive trees. This is where we invite our customers to discover Filodivino wines while enjoying the view and the sun setting behind the hills.
