The beating heart of Filodivino is the winery, that merges seamlessly in the surrounding landscape. We use the upper floor for wine tastings and get-togethers, and offer guided tours of the underground winery below, where our wines are made.
A conscious approach
to winemaking
Ecologically conscious agriculture requires a knowledge of the history and features of the land we work. This knowledge allows us to increase biodiversity, keep the soil healthy, and preserve the physiological balance of the vines. This is how we make our wines. Verdicchio, Lacrima and the other grape varieties that we grow are certified organic. We let the grapes express their unique flavours and preserve the features of each vintage, by limiting our intervention during the winemaking process.
