Characteristics
Albae was born from our passion for Lacrima combined with the experience of the winemaker Luca D'Attoma in working with Syrah (also coming from our San Marcello vineyard). The result is a rosé of great elegance that offers an original interpretation of this terroir.
Winemaking
Early harvest, soft pressing after a very short maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
