Characteristics
Matto is the first wine we introduced to the public, at the beginning of Filodivino's adventure. Even today it represents our desire to offer an original and high quality interpretation of this amazing appellation.
Winemaking
The wine ferments in stainless-steel tanks and rests for up to a year on the fine lees in steel and partially in a 700-litre non-vitrified concrete egg.
