We produced this wine by limiting our intervention to the minimum. With healthy grapes and the utmost attention, we stripped the winemaking process of everything that was not essential. The result is a pure, direct wine, full of life and flavour.

We have removed everything that wasn't strictly necessary and assumed essentiality as a value. The label goes in the same direction: we have canceled concepts, words and practices that we no longer want to listen to.
Winemaking
Starting from very healthy red grapes, we wanted to limit our intervention with spontaneous fermentation in large 2000 liters wooden tank and very low total sulphites (<40mg/l).
